BINDERY
After your order is digitally printed in color or black and white, the bindery process takes place. This process is either folding, collating, stapling, cutting, drilling, padding, hand folding and inserting or combinations of these processes. We can fold orders for a brochure, letter, double parallel fold, Z-fold, and more depending on the paper size and type of project that it may be. Many orders can be automatically finished during the printing process. Our auto-stapling feature has 6 different ways of stapling orders. Orders can be collated (put in sets), at the same time as they are stapled. Our system can print, collate, staple, print tabs, and insert up to 5 different papers all in one operation. A customer can now receive finished manuals with tabs, color paper inserts, and card stock covers. We can place these manuals into 3-ring binders, GBC punch, Double loop wire bind, or perfect bind with a tape/thermal binding. Proposals, manuals, presentations, directories, etc. can have a professional look and are not a problem for Clark's. Our internet access that has been networked with our computers to allow customers to send us their files. Orders can be down loaded, printed, finished and shipped any where in the United States. We offer several types of binding for documents. The GBC punch system is available for documents in page length of 10-400 pages. This system punches 18 slots and a plastic comb is used to hold the pages in place. The Double-Loop wire system is available for documents with pages up to 125 in length. This system punches small square holes and a wire closure is used to secure the pages. Either system combined with custom printed covers with your design or supply your own covers makes a unique presentation.
